Riesling left on skins for 7 days before being pressed and blended with free run Montepulciano.
A light red/roséish thing. Please drink chilled!
5 - Bloom
7 days skin contact before pressing and barrel ferment/elevage.
6 - Brutal!!!
3 days on skins before pressing and barrel ferment/elevage
7 - No Suprises
Half whole bunch ferment, with half direct, pressed over the whole bunches for 7 days before pressing and elevage in barrel.
