2021 Ochota Barrels “A Forest” Pinot Noir

Ochota Barrels is a small winery who have the philosophy to make wines with minimum interventions. The idea for the project started after a trip to amazing wine and surf regions on the Mexican west coast in a Volkswagen Campervan.

 The producers believe that Adelaide Hills is the most beautiful region in South Australia, so they decided to source most of their grapes from this region. This Pinot Noir has an intense perfume of rose and floral notes, red cherries and raspberries, plus elegant and smooth tannins with a vibrant acidity and is full of flavours.
