2020 Travis Tausend 'Yumi' Adelaide Hills

The hills and valleys of the Adelaide Hills wine region create a wonderful array of microclimates that allow wineries to grow a range of grapes. In general, however, the region is considered ‘cool-climate’ and the queen variety here for red wines is Pinot Noir.

 In ‘Yumi’, Travis Tausend has produced a Pinot Noir, hand-picked from a blend of two clones (MV6 & D5V12). This wine inspires creativity and matches so well with summer vibes. It’s fun, with a light body, smooth, silky tannins and a juicy cherry and strawberry character.
