2018 Brian Oregon “Rizza” Riesling

These Riesling grapes come from Willamette Valley, Oregon but the wine is made with the inspiration of the Tasmanian winemakers, resulting in a very interesting wine, from certified organic and biodynamic vineyards. Inspired by the Jura region in France, the

wine is kept in contact with the skins for a couple of days and fermented with indigenous yeast in old barrels, before maturing for nine months on flor yeast.

The wine is innovative and complex, with lots of thrilling flavors, such as nutty, toasted cashews, orange peel, lemon, red apple, and bread dough alongside a refreshing sensation and a remarkable finish.
