Notes

There are some very bold varieties in the mix here, but don’t let that fool you – the wine is definitely on the lighter side! The Bordeaux varieties are co-fermented with the addition of Bogazkere, a grape originally from Turkey which is renowned for its rich structure. Through careful management of these very tannic varieties, Mat has created a very delicate, finessed drop that doesn’t take itself too seriously. Boysenberry and ripe black berry flavours dominate, with a savoury complexity of soy sauce and herbs.
